What should I wear to yoga?
Comfortable clothing e.g. leggings/tracksuit bottoms and T-shirt. Wearing layers is recommended for when you warm up and cool down during class.

How long do the classes last?
1 hour.

What if I'm late?
For the security of the building and to prevent disruption of the class, the front door is locked once class begins.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
The studio is fully equipped with good quality mats, blocks, bricks, blankets & straps.  If you prefer to bring your own that is fine.
